Flag Football League is brought to you by Detroit Recreation Division and is offered to youth ages 4-12.
OPENING DAY IS Tuesday, May 30th
Season Dates are 5/30 - 7/8 with Playoffs and Championships on 7/8
Games will be played on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays and scheduled between 5pm and 8pm. If a game is rained out, the makeup game day will be on a Tuesday or Thursday.

1. What DPRD will be providing
Uniforms (Jersey) and Mouth guard MUST be worn for practice and games (if you do not have your jersey for games you can NOT play) Mouth guards MUST be worn to be eligible to play in games, it is MANDATORY, NO EXCEPTIONS! DPRD will provide 1 mouth guard per player. You're welcome to buy your own if you would like

3. League & Team Structure - Games will be played on Tuesday and/or Thursday Evenings. Practice can be held based on choice of the coach.
Touchdown for Tots ages 4-6 – 1 hour session of skills and drills on Tuesday or Thursday evenings.
9U – Competitive league games (ages 7 - 9)
12U – Competitive league games (ages 10 - 12)
4. When & where will games and practices be held?
ALL Regular season GAMES will be played at Farwell Recreation Center
Games will be scheduled sometime between 5pm and 8pm and will vary per team each week. The number of practices per week, location and what time will be determined by your coach but practices are typically scheduled during the week after 4pm.
Practice days/times and the specific game schedule will not be determined until closer to the start of the league!! Please make sure that you are available for the general timeframes described above!!
5. How Can I get involved and help?
